Prior to the renovation, Seventy-Seven Energy’s space was private-office heavy. Small, box-shaped workspaces lined the perimeter, with more clustered in the center of the room.
We needed to warm up the space, without changing the wall color or flooring. Once the offices were gutted, we separated space with workstations rather than walls. Now, employees each have their own private area to work with easy access to others on their team.
For the executive offices, a private, multi-purpose room was much more appropriate. Working with their designer, each office is outfitted specifically for the occupant. Low furniture throughout provides an unobstructed view of the city, while traditional finishes and soft fabrics keep the office owners comfortable in their efficient space.
